Yoga Classes- A blend of styles from decades’ studies and training- including Kripalu, Basic Hatha, Kundalini, Body Awake Yoga, a bit of chi kung, and even dance!
I currently am offering a free virtual yoga class, for beginning to intermediate levels. Come try it out. Fridays, 9-10:15 EST.
